Troop 336 is a very active unit with activities ranging from Advancement to Zip-lines!!!
You
can catch us, on any given weekend, performing the basics of
camping, cooking, pitching tents, building fires, and learning
advancement skills. These basic activities are mixed with a host of
high adventures such as sailing, fishing, hiking, snow skiing, rock
climbing, rapelling, water skiing, white water rafting, canoeing,
kayaking, water skiing, zip lines, mountain biking, high ropes,
windsurfing, and the list goes on..... All trips are decided on by
the Scouts and facilitated by Scouts and Adult leaders.
It is tough to fit everything in in these demanding times. Scouting partners very well with sports as well as other activities that your son may be involved in. The majority of our Scouts participate on sport teams. There is flexibility in balancing both activities. A well rounded Scout grows into a well balanced adult.

Our funfilled, informative Troop meetings are held each Wednesday night from 7:00pm until 8:00pm. They are held at our Charter Organization, Trinity United Methodist Church. The Troop meetings are planned and led by the Scouts. This is a boy led program with adult leadership to behind the scenes to direct, coach and develop our Scouts into young men with leadership skills.
